Shipping directly from CN,If our warehouse have products in stock , we will ship from our warehouse via DHL UPS FEDEX etc,generally it will take about3 - 5 working days to deliver to you .

If our warehouse doesn't have the products in stock, we have to prepare your orders . So it needs some time ,generally it will take about5 - 12 working days to deliver to you .

- Delivery address is very important, which will effect on actual delivery status. Please make sure delivery address and post code is 100% accurate in your order information.

- In order to avoid Customs tax at your side, we will issue goods with low value for Customs declaration. Please voice out if special request issued from you.

Refund & Exchange

All the items are ordered by customer himself on our website voluntarily. We do not accept return without any good reason. Only defective items can be refunded or replaced within 10 days after delivery. All the items sold on website are with high quality, but they are not original. We don't add "Not Original" in the title of each item. To your ackwowledge, you can tell from the price. From now on, we do not accept any cancellation or refund because the products are not original. Before you place any order on our website, please read this policy carefully.


If customers insist on return or cancellation, we will charge 25% of the total amount you have paid for disposal of the items.

If customers find any faulty item within 10 days you receive the goods, we can replace them. Customers need to return the faulty items and pay for the returned postage. After we receive the goods, we will resend goods.


When contacting ZVKAI LTD, please include the following information:

Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box

Partial shipment slips (if applicable)

Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item

Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area

Please remember to include a note in your returned package indicating the following details:

1) Your order number;

2) The returned SKU(s);

3) Original tracking number;

4) Your return reason, address and telephone number.


This note will help expedite the case processing time for you.

Please keep all packaging material as they're needed for returns. After returning the products, please provide us the tracking number of the returned package. If there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary. If you can't provide the tracking number or receipt, we will suspend handling applications until the parcel arrives at our warehouse. (It may take 15-20 days)

Please check the parcel before you sign for it. If the parcel is empty or products are damaged, please do not sign for it and contact us. After you sign for the parcel, it approves that all products are delivered safely. You can't claim the parcel is empty after signature.
